Her pregnancy marathon run streak began at the Honolulu Marathon in December 2025, when she did not yet know she was pregnant. In January she won the Houston Marathon in 2:24:17 while in her first trimester. On April 20 she ran Boston, finishing in 2:43:58 and placing 65th.
She described the first half as chaotic with right-glute tension but said the second half was flawless. She received medical aid, averaged about 6:16 per mile, and celebrated on Instagram, calling herself grateful and aiming to collect a fifth finisher's medal with her "little teammate." She also met Kathrine Switzer ahead of the race; her husband ran 2:12:05 for 34th in the pro men's field.
