Official toxicology findings

Medical reports listed methadone, fluoxetine, norfluoxetine, diazepam, nordiazepam and alcohol in her system. The reported cause of death was "acute methadone and ethanol toxicity in combination with other prescription medications." Fentanyl was not included in those findings.
